We know that every relation may encounter obstacles, especially the one which is connected with work evaluation, performance and hierarchical subordination. We are aware that work atmosphere and team energy may not be shaped through legal solutions. However, with legal tools we may facilitate implementation of your organisation’s culture and the leadership model.

Labour law is one of the few areas in which not only companies and institutions but also individuals are our target partners.

Employer’s right

Although labour law activities could be incorporated into the section dedicated to business legal services, we have decided to put them in a separate category, as they are very important to us and have special characteristics.

Our mission is to accompany you in your growth. Our task on this journey is to take some of the weight off your shoulders, to take over from you what distracts you from your main goals.

Therefore, we support you in all labour law in business undertakings – from negotiation of agreements and management contracts to talks with trade unions and collective disputes. When required, we conduct pre-litigation negotiations with employees and represent employers in litigations.

If you wish to employ foreigners, we will help you with all formalities – starting with legalization of their stay in Poland, through employment-related matters, to all accompanying matters.

Not only does the employer need support in labour law matters. Also you, the employees, candidates for employees and former employees sometimes need someone to find the best solutions for you. Our mission remains the same – we support in growth – also you.

We will help you when you change workplace and need professional verification of terms and conditions offered by a new employer, or of the agreement or management contract you are about to sign. We will support you when you seek solutions enabling prompt and effective termination of employment without burning bridges.

It would be great to always work in friendly places where we are appreciated and can develop. Unfortunately, it is not always the case. Sometimes you want to leave to take opportunities that arise. Sometimes the employer’s situation changes and he needs to dismiss you, and sometimes you feel that the place is no longer adequate for you. We will help you in each situation when you encounter problems in the course of employment or when the employer terminates a contract of employment with you and you consider protecting your interests in court.

We are here for you also in the most difficult cases – abuse by superiors or colleagues, discrimination, bullying, mobbing or wrongful dismissal.
